2257 Record-Keeping Statement

All visual depictions displayed on this website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content, or otherwise, appearing or otherwise contained in this website were produced by third parties who are not controlled by, or affiliated with, Drowsy Club beyond the distribution agreement; or were produced by performers who have certified they were over 18 years of age at the time of production.

With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this website, whether sexually explicit or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least 18 years of age when said visual depictions were created.

The original records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for materials contained in this website are kept by the following Custodian of Records:

Records may be inspected during regular business hours with reasonable advance notice, as required by 28 C.F.R. § 75.5.

Before any performer appears in content published on Drowsy Club, the following records are collected and retained:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID) showing the performer's date of birth
• A signed model release and appearance consent form
• A signed undertaking on § 2257 record-keeping, contained in the creator agreement or in the co-performer release
• A photograph of the performer holding the same identity document, matched against the copy on file

User accounts are subject to age self-declaration at onboarding (date of birth). Accounts declaring an age below 18 are refused and the account is deleted at once. Age verification through certified third-party providers is built into the platform but not active: no provider is configured today, and the platform refuses to offer a method it cannot actually run.

Drowsy Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any such content that is reported to us, or found during the human review every scene goes through before publication, is removed immediately and reported to NCMEC (CyberTipline), IC3, and the relevant national authorities in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and, within the EU, Reg. (EU) 2021/1232 and the Digital Services Act.

Drowsy Club is a distribution platform and not the primary producer of most content displayed. Primary producers retain their own § 2257 records. For inquiries regarding records of a specific creator, contact us and we will facilitate the inquiry.
